Our litigation services cover commercial transactions, corporate affairs, banking, finance and regulation of financial services, intellectual property, contracts, employment law, business restructuring, land law and property matters.

We recognise that multiple factors can lead to dispute in the course of regular business transactions or in any form of interaction involving two or more parties and we offer solutions for alternative dispute resolution. We bring our breadth of experience to bear to resolve dispute ranging from smaller cases at magistrate’s court to larger matters at the Supreme Court. 

In addition to several years of litigation experience, we also have deeply established processes for alternative dispute resolution.

Our legal practitioners are members of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Lagos Court of Arbitration and we have represented clients at several arbitration and mediation sessions at the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), Multi Door Court House Lagos.

We provide advisory services on compliance requirements for several regulatory agencies and industry bodies including but not limited to, the Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria, National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control, National Office for Technology Acquisition and Promotion, Nigerian Broadcasting Commission, Nigerian Copyrights Commission and Standards Organization of Nigeria.
